The Goals of the WYC are to:
- Provide Winchester teens with their own space that will foster healthy, safe, and enriching alternative activities outside of school hours
- Supply valuable service-learning opportunities in the community that enhance leadership development through real life experiences
- Strengthen the relationship between teens and the community and instill a commitment to civic responsibility and community involvement
- Promote positive and healthy youth development
